Catering Terms & Conditions

 

  • Minimum of 25 adult guests per event.
  • Linen charge will be assessed per room. A variety of color combinations are available.
  • Parking for banquet room guests is in the rear of the restaurant. Please do not park in the restaurants parking lot.
  • Banquet rooms are reserved on a first come, first served basis.
  • A $100.00 deposit is required within 48 hours after reserving room.
  • If deposit is not received within the 48 hour, the room becomes available for the next party.
  • The deposit is credited to your final bill.
  • Deposit is forfeited should the event be canceled.
  • If you're going to have alcoholic beverages, they must be purchased from our facility. The cost for beer & wine is $8.00 per person. The cost for beer, wine & alcohol is $10.00 per person.
  • Cash bar or open bar is available. A private bartender fee is $50.
  • The person signing this contract is responsible for any occurrences that might arise.
  • The lessee is financially responsible for any damages done to a facility during the event.
  • Sheet cakes are permitted to be brought in for your party.
  • Other desserts and appetizers must be purchased from us.
  • Any remaining food items may be kept. Please provide your own carry home containers.
  • Rice, confetti or glitter is prohibited from the facility or parking area.
  • An approximate number of people attending your party is required when you book the facility.Guaranteed count must be received seven days prior to the function date. You will be charged for the guaranteed count given or total amount served whichever is greater.
  • Prices do not include 15% gratuity(18%for sit down) and 6% tax. 
  • Nothing is permitted to be taped or nailed to the walls. If this occurs and damage is evident, deposit will be forfeited.
